This survey is used to Identify the location, levels and details of existing dwellings or buildings, features, vegetation and visible services on site and road reserve, along with roof, ridges, gutters, window locations and building setbacks of adjoining properties.
The level of survey required is determined by what you are planning on developing and what is required to accurately assess the development against the planning/building permit process. We will consult directly with the building designer, builder or local authority (council), as well as rely on experience to accurately determine what’s required and quote accordingly.
